 Order Status

Once we receive your payment, your order will go through a few steps before shipping them out.

These steps include :

  1. Payment and order validation  

  - In this step, we validate the order details and payment method used. After, we send the order information to our manufacturers.

      2. Quality Check

  - When products have completed the manufacture process, they undergo a quality check. This will ensure we are always delivering quality items.

     3.Packaging and Dispatch

  - Here, we package the product and dispatch it to our courier. After dispatch, orders cannot be edited.

After these steps have been completed, your order will be shipped.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, wheres my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to the current situation, only shipping to the United States is available. 

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on a few factors :

The shipment method you choose (we offer either Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping);

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

How do I know if the item has free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Note: During unforeseen circumstances, such as worldwide outbreaks, extremely high demand, or other shipping issues, shipping time may be longer than stated. 

Please note that the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Please know that all of our products (shirts, jewelry, etc.) are hand-crafted.

Production Time: Order Verification, Manufacturing/Quality Check, and Dispatch. Usually Takes 5-12 Business Days

United States: 5-20 Business Days

Worldwide: 12-25 Business Days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipping, you will be able to track your order. This process usually takes between 3-7 days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, please email us at  support@jordansworkshop.com , after you have contacted us we will provide specific return instructions. Please send your intact item to 13926 Hull Street Rd PMB 1030 Midlothian VA 23112

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your item. This exact time can vary between different payment providers. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
